PLANNING COMMISSION <br />- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2110 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOP7MENDING APPROVAL <br />OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING APdD <br />DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22. <br />WHEREAS, Daon Corporation and Stoneson Development Corporation <br />have applied to rezone from the PUD-High Density <br />Residential District to the Planned Unit Development- <br />Commercial, Offices, High Density Residential and <br />Open Space District (including a 5 acre park) and for <br />development plan approval for an office/commercial, <br />residential development containing approximately <br />1,430,000 sq. ft. of office/commercial structures, a <br />300 unit hotel and 347 multi-family dwelling units <br />on the 91,5 acre site in the area bounded by Stoneridge <br />Drive, Stoneridge Mall Road and Interstate Highways <br />580 and 680; and <br />WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration of environmental <br />was recommended for approval on December 16, 1981 <br />"- by the Planning Commission prior to consideration of <br />the above application; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 16, <br />1981 at which time all public testimony and exhibits <br />were reviewed and considered, <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the Planned <br />Unit Development zoning is in conformance with the <br />General Plan of the City oP Pleasanton, <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends approval of <br />case PUD-81-22 subject to conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference, <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption, <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission on the 16th day <br />of December 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
