_ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2111 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING A <br />REQUEST FOR A CHANGE TO THE USES ALLOWED IN THE "A" <br />(AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, a use not allowed in the "A" (Agricultural) District has been and <br />is being conducted at 1851 Rose Avenue which is located within <br />that district; and <br />WHEREAS, much opposition to the use has.-been proclaimed by surrounding <br />neighbors of the property and <br />WHEREAS, a citation hearing was held as a result of the complaints <br />received in the office of the Alameda County District Attorney; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of this citation hearing the defendant asked the <br />City of Pleasanton to consider adding uses not previously <br />allowed in the "A" (Agricultural) District to the Zoning <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />~-- WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered this request at their <br />meeting of December 16, 1981. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton after <br />examining the uses allowed in the "A" (Agricultural) District <br />desire no changes be made to the Zoning Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />Section 2, This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of December 1981 by the follo~oing vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson <br />Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: December 16, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J~ Harris, Secretary <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~~ ~. ~Ir~ .~ ~ ~~ <br />Brian W.
