PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0, 2112 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AMENDING PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2102 <br />[]HEREAS, on December 9, 1981 the Planning Commission considered the <br />prezoning of two parcels totalling approximately 250 <br />acres at the eastern terminus of Junipero Street to the <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/ <br />Open Space District or to any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan as a result of recent <br />annexation proceedings concerning this property; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that a condition be <br />added to their recommendation of December 9, 1981 to the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of December 16, 1981 the Planning Commission <br />considered the request of the property owner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1, Recommends the following condition be added to <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2102 to read as follows: <br />That when a development plan is submitted on the subject <br />property the City shall consider, if requested by the owner, <br />a shift in residential density from Parcel 2 as shown on the <br />accompanying map, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference, to Parcel 1 as shown on that same map. Density <br />on Parcel 1 shall not exceed 3 dwelling units per gross acre. <br />Nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any certain <br />residential density on any part of the subject property. Specific <br />density will be established only by approval of a development <br />plan; and the City at this time is not approving any specific number <br />of dwelling units on any part of the subject property. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 16TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: December 16, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
