PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2113 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING AN EXTENSION FOR APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4771 WHEREAS, the Chamberlain Group has applied for an extension of Tentative Map Tract 4771, a 75 lot subdivision proposed for the 60 acre site located at the eastern end of Arbor Drive; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development- Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, on January 15, 1981 the Planning Commission approved Tentative Map Tract 4771; and WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Subdivision Code requires that a final subdivision map be approved within one year of approval of the tentative map; and WHEREAS, because of the heavy workload on the Engineering Division, it doesn't appear that the final map checking process will be completed in time to submit it to the City Council at their January 12, 1982 meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Finds that the tentative map has not been changed from - the map approved by the Planning Commission in January 1981; and finds that the map is in conformance with RAP and the PUD on the subject property. Section 2. Recommends approval of the extension of Tentative Map Tract 4771 subject to the conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning Commission dated January 13, 1982 attached hereto and made part of this case by reference for a period of one year. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
