PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2114 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />AN EXTENSION FOR APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4385 <br />WHEREAS, Mackay Homes has applied for an extension of Tentative <br />Map Tract 4385, a 25 lot single-family residential sub- <br />division proposed for the 7.4 acre site located at the <br />southwest corner of Hansen Drive and Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 11, 1981 the Planning Commission approved Tentative <br />Map Tract 4385; and <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Subdivision Code requires that a final sub- <br />division map be approved within one year of approval of <br />the tentative map; and <br />WHEREAS, because of the state of the housing market, the property <br />owner has not submitted a final map for the development; and <br />WHEREAS, because such a map is supposed to be approved within one <br />year of the approval of the tentative map, the applicant is <br />seeking an extension of the tentative map. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Finds that the tentative map has not been changed from <br />the map approved by the Planning Commission on March 11, <br />1981; and finds that the map is in conformance with RAP <br />approved on the subject site. <br />Section 2. Recommends the extension of Tentative Map Tract 4385 <br />subject to the conditions shown on the staff report to the <br />Planning Commission dated January 13, 1982 attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference for a period of <br />one year. <br />Section 3.
