CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-65 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> PUD-84-16, SUNOLAPARTMENTS, BY SAVCO <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> PUD-84-16, Sunol Apartments, has been completed and <br /> a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:74); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in <br /> PUD-84-16, Sunol Apartments, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~,~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
