PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2127 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO <br />THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OF THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-81-10. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the various <br />elements of the General Plan, where appropriate and <br />necessary to allow for modifications to the growth <br />management system of the City (formerly Residential <br />Allocation Program, RAP); and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 13, 1982 <br />at which time the public was afforded the opportunity to <br />comment on the negative declaration and general plan <br />amendment proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, at this duly noticed public hearing the negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts was recommended for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case GP-81-10 as recommended in the <br />Staff Report to the Planning Commission dated January 13, 1982, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
