PLANNING COMMISSION _ CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2135 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON RECOMMENDING AN EXTENSION OF THE APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4827 (LINVALE) WHEREAS, on March 11, 1981 the Planning Commission approved tentative map for tract 4827 for an 86 lot residential single-family subdivision proposed for the 26.4 acre site located west of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks south of the Arroyo P4ocho and north of the terminus of Laramie Gate Circle; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, the final map on the property has not been completed and, therefore, the tentative map will expire on March 10, 1982; and WHEREAS, the property owner is seeking an extension of the map and it is expected that at least a portion of the tract will be finalized in the near future; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was previously adopted for this project; and WHEREAS, the staff recommends that Tentative Map Tract 4827 be extended for a period of one year from March 11, 1982. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends that an extension of one year be granted for the Linvale tract as filed under Tract 4827 subject to the conditions shown as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
