PLANNING COMMISSION <br />_. CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2143 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIOIQ OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECODIMENDING A ONE YEAR <br />EXTENSION FOR TRACT 4781 <br />WHEREAS, Charles J. Schneider has applied for a one year <br />extension for Tract 4781 approved for a proposed <br />single-family lot subdivision of approximately 9.8 <br />acres of land located at the northeast corner of <br />Muirwood Drive South. and Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, Tentative D4ap for Tract 4781 was approved by the <br />Planning Commission on February 17, 1982 and <br />the Pleasanton Subdivision Ordinance requires that <br />a final subdivision map be approved within one year <br />of approval of the tentative map; and <br />P7HEREAS, because of high interest rates and the uncertain <br />housing market, the developer has not yet submitted <br />the final map and he is asking for a one year extension <br />of the map and under the Code the Planning Commission <br />is empowered to recommend an extension to the City Council <br />who will make the final decision; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is a large lot subdivision which is <br />exempt from RAP; and <br />WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformity with the zoning and <br />general plan designation on the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the extension of Tentative Map <br />for Tract 4781 subject to the conditions shown in the <br />staff report to the Planning Commission dated D4arch 10, 1982. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of March 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />IdOES: None <br />_ ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN `:~n\~No/ne ~ <br />ATTES~y~XJ "' A `" <br />Robert J.
