PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2145 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR MEADOW PLAZA ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-2. WHEREAS, Meadow Plaza Associates has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a commercial and office project consisting of five structures totalling approximately 88,000 sq. ft. on an approximately 8 acre site located at the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Road. Included in the project is a list of proposed uses for the site; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood Commercal) District; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 at which time all public testimony and documents were con- sidered; and WfiEREAS, at this public hearing the Planning Commission recommended approval of the mitigated negative declaration prepared by staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning is in conformance with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-2 subject to the con- ditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. Recommends approval of the proposed uses for the property as shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
