PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2147 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING REZONING AS FILED <br />BY PONDEROSA HOMES AND PLEASANTON DEVELOPMENT <br />GROUP UNDER CASE RZ-79-17 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes and Pleasanton Development Group have <br />applied to rezone two parcels of land totalling <br />approximately 9.8 acres located at the northwest <br />corner of Paseo Santa Cruz and Valley Avenue from the <br />RM-15 (Multi-family Residential) District of the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and pertinent <br />documents were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Initial Study <br />and found the Negative Declaration adequate for <br />the proposed zoning change and recommended approval <br />of the Negative Declaration prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that R-1-6500 (Single- <br />family Residential) zoning is in conformance with. the <br />General Plan. <br />tdOT^I, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COY+IMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOVIING: <br />Section 1. Recommends the two parcels of land totalling approximately <br />9.8 acres located at the northwest corner of Paseo <br />Santa Cruz and Valley Avenue be rezoned from the RM-15 <br />(Multi-family Residential District to the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential). District. <br />Section 2.
