Res. 2148 EXHIBIT "A" UP-82-1 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division, except that the applicant shall locate the <br />spray booth as far east on the subject property as <br />possible. <br />2. That UP-82-1 is granted for a period of one year only. <br />If the applicant wishes to continue with the use beyond <br />that time, he must reapply and be granted a new conditional <br />use permit in order to do so. Only the advertising cost <br />(approximately $25.00) would be charged for the new use <br />permit. <br />3. That approval of case UP-82-1 is subject to design approval <br />of the paint booth, shop building and site on which they <br />would be located by the Design Review Board; at that time <br />conditions may be added pertaining to improvement of the <br />site such as repaving the driveway, providing landscaping, <br />providing a paved and striped parking area for customer's <br />automobiles, etc. <br />4. That the business shall be operated only between the <br />hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., P4onday through <br />Saturday. <br />5. That the property owner shall enter into an agreement <br />with the City, approved by the City Attorney, whereby <br />he agrees to construct or finance the construction of <br />street improvements along the entire Old Santa Rita Road <br />frontage of the site to the extent required by the , <br />Subdivision Ordinance at such time in the future as <br />is deemed necessary by the City Engineer. Said improve- <br />ments may include but are not necessarily limited to <br />grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, street <br />lighting, street trees, street monuments, underground <br />utilities, storm drain facilities, sanitary sewer <br />facilities, tree removal and traffic control devices. <br />This agreement shall be executed and approved by the _ <br />City Attorney prior to operation of the auto body <br />repair business. <br />
