J PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2149 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE UP-82-2, APPLICATION OF BRAD HIRST WHEREAS,-Brad Hirst has applied for a conditional use permit to operate an electronic gameroom approximately 1877 sq. ft. in size with thirty-five games, more or less, at 4301 Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) Commercial District; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 at which time public testimony and pertinent documents were received and considered; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that project approval would have no significant adverse effect on the environment; and ^ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the negative declaration prepared for case UP-82-2 was adequate for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES TfIE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the negative declaration prepared for case UP-82-2, application of Brad Hirst for a conditional use permit to operate an electronic gameroom approximately 1877 sq. ft. in size with thirty-five games, more or less, at 4301 Valley Avenue. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
