._ PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2150 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COA4MISSICN OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR BRAD HIRST AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-82-2 WHEREAS, Brad iiirst has applied for a conditional use permit to operate an electronic gameroom approximately 1877 sq. ft. in size with thirty-five games, more or less, at 4301 Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) Commercial District; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 at which time public testimony and pertinent documents were received and considered; and WHEREAS, the negative declaration prepared for case UP-82-2 was approved by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed location o£ the conditional use is in accord with. the objectives of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed location of the conditional use and conditions under which it would be operated and maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the application of Brad Hirst filed under case UP-82-2 subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
