PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON - COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2152 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A PREZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-82-4, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone approximately 230 acres of land at the southern terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street to the P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential/ Open Space District; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 at which time all public testimony and documents were considered; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission cohsidered the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-82-4 adequate and recommends its approval to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that P.U.D. (Planned _ Unit Developmentl, Medium Density Residential/Low Density Residential/Open Space District is in conformance with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends to the City Council that the property described in case RZ-82-4 be prezoned to the P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development), Medium Density Residential/Low Density Residential/Open,.Space District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
