PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2152 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A PREZONING AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-82-4, APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone approximately <br />230 acres of land at the southern terminus of Pico <br />Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street to the <br />P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential/ <br />Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and documents were <br />considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission cohsidered the negative declaration <br />prepared for case RZ-82-4 adequate and recommends its <br />approval to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that P.U.D. (Planned <br />_ Unit Developmentl, Medium Density Residential/Low Density <br />Residential/Open Space District is in conformance <br />with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends to the City Council that the property <br />described in case RZ-82-4 be prezoned to the P.U.D. (Planned <br />Unit Development), Medium Density Residential/Low Density <br />Residential/Open,.Space District. <br />Section 2.
