PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2153 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COP+IMISSION, CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON WITHDRAWING THEIR APPLICATION FOR <br />A GENERAL PLAN AMENDPIENT TO CHANGE THE LAND USE <br />DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE GP-82-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />had applied for a general plan amendment to change <br />the land use designation of the following properties <br />from Medium Density Residential to Low Density <br />Residential or any other land use designation deemed <br />appropriate by the City: <br />1. One acre parcel located on the south side of <br />Trenery Drive approximately 1200 feet west of <br />Martin Avenue; <br />2. one acre parcel located on the north side of Mohr <br />Avenue approximately 1200 feet west of Martin Avenue. <br />3. 25.6 acre parcel located on the south side of <br />Mohr Avenue imnecliately east of the SPRR tracks; and <br />4. Western approximately one-third of the 107.4 acre <br />parcel located on the south side of Mohr Avenue <br />approximately 1600 feet east of the SPRR tracks; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on March 10, 1982 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners of the abovementioned parcels requested <br />through their representative that their land use <br />designations not be changed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after hearing the arguments against <br />the land use changes desired to withdraw their application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Withdraws its application as filed under case GP-82-2. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of March 1982 by the following vote: <br />
