PLANNING COMMISSION <br />_ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2154 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WITHDRAWING THEIR APPLICATION FOR THREE <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS DESIGNATED AS <br />GP-79-22, GP-79-23 AND GP-79-24 <br />WHEREAS, in 1979 the Planning Commission initiated three <br />general plan amendments to change the land use <br />designation on three separate parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, shortly thereafter a land use review committee was <br />established by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the recommendations by the land use review commitee <br />and subsequently adopted by the City Council <br />included the properties described in cases GP-79-22, <br />GP-79-23 and GP-79-24. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE `PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOYd <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Withdraws their applications for general plan <br />amendments to change the land use designations for the <br />properties described in cases GP-79-22, GP-79-23 <br />and GP-79-24. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of March 1982 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March. 10, 1982 <br />ATTEST: <br />;\ ' 1_~r 1 Vey <br />Robert J.
