PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2156 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR REYNOLDS AND BROWN AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-82-1. <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) development plan approval of a second phase <br />of the development for the 56 acres of land located at the <br />southwest corner of Hopyard Road and I-580 in the, vicinity <br />of Bannister and Owens Drives; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development plan proposes fourteen (14) <br />individual office and research and development buildings <br />on the sites ranging from 1,2 to 7.2 acres in size with <br />structures proposed up to five stories in height; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 31, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and documents were <br />considered; and <br />WHEREAS, at this public hearing the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the mitigated negative declaration prepared by <br />the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the development plan <br />proposed is in conformance with the Planned Unit Development <br />zoning of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-1 subject to the con- <br />ditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />/// <br />
