PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2157 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR <br />AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS AND LOAN AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-82-3 <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Savings and Loan Association (an organization) <br />and Barry Swensen applied for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a savings and loan facility in an existing structure <br />at 530 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 31, 1982 at <br />which time all pertinent documents and public, testimony <br />were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code and purposes <br />of the district in which the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which it <br />would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional <br />use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of <br />Chapter 2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-82-3, application of Amador Valley <br />Savings and Loan for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a savings and loan office at 530 Main Street <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the use permit is granted only for the <br />property and existing building located at <br />530 Main Street. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to <br />approval of case Z-82-24 and any conditions <br />/// <br />
