PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. X159 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PRE--ZONING AND A <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CASE PUD-82-8, E. J.. FARISH <br />ORGANIZATION. <br />WHEREAS, Richard and Ursula Ultsch and Theodore Bates have applied <br />for prezoninq and development plan approval for an <br />approximately 247 dwelling unit project on an approximately <br />29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />opposite Sauterne Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently prezoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Medium Density Residential District with <br />certain conditions governing its development; and <br />WHEREAS,a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 31, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and documents were <br />considered; and <br />WHEREAS, at this public hearing the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared by the staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning is in conformance with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-8 subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 31st day of March 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />~~/ <br />
