PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2160 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-4, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone three parcels of land (Parcels A, B and C, Parcel Map 2566) totalling approximately 16.7 acres from the I-G (General Industrial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) General and Limited industrial District; and WHEREAS, these parcels are located as follows: 10.6 acres immediately south of the Clorox research facility on Johnson Drive, excluding the southeast approximately 2.75 acre portion; 5.6 acres between Johnson Drive and Stoneridge Drive east of I-680; and 3.2 acres south of Stoneridge Drive, east of Ii680 _ just north of the wastewater treatment facility of the Dublin San Ramon Services District; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of March 31, 1982 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case PUD-82-4; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 23, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 31, 1982 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed zoning change; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the rezoning. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary ~/~
