PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2163 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON INITIATING A REZONING <br />APPLICATION FOR THE 200 BLOCK OF MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of April 14, 1982 the Planning <br />Commission discussed the fact that the 200 block <br />of Main Street is zoned "O" (Office) District as <br />opposed to "C-C" (Central Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the "O" (Office) District is inconsistent with the <br />balance of the Main Street zoning. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />initiates a rezoning request for the 200 block of Main <br />Street from the "O" to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) <br />District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of April 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson <br />and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 14, 1982 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~U~-~ <br />Robert J.
