PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2164 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-82-5 WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc., Kamp, Kral and Crouch have applied for an amendment to the General Plan to change approximately sixteen acres of land at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues from the Medium Density Residential land use desig- nation to the Hiqh Density Residential designation; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of April 14, 1982 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case GP-82-5; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 14, 1982 'and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed zoning change; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of nega- tive declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by recommending approval of the general plan amendment and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of the general plan land use change of the subject property. ///
