PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2166 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING A REQUEST TO INITIATE <br />AN ORDINANCE CODE CHANGE TO ALLOW OUTDOOR SALES <br />WHEREAS, a letter was received and considered by the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton to initiate an <br />ordinance code change to allow outdoor sales in the <br />City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, after reviewing the staff report dated April 14, 1982 <br />and the request of Mr. Holland in his letter to the <br />City for a change in the ordinance code to allow <br />outdoor vending, the Planning Commission felt it was <br />not in the best interest of the City to allow outdoor <br />vending in the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOL~IES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Not to amend the ordinance code to allow outdoor <br />vending as requested by Mr. Holland. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of April 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson <br />and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 14, 1982 <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Rober Harris, Secretary <br />- ~u~ ._ ~~ <br />J e etty, Chairp son <br />APPRO\7ED AS TO FORM: <br />Brian W.
