PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2166 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING A REQUEST TO INITIATE <br />AN ORDINANCE CODE CHANGE TO ALLOW OUTDOOR SALES <br />WHEREAS, a letter was received and considered by the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton to initiate an <br />ordinance code change to allow outdoor sales in the <br />City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, after reviewing the staff report dated April 14, 1982 <br />and the request of Mr. Holland in his letter to the <br />City for a change in the ordinance code to allow <br />outdoor vending, the Planning Commission felt it was <br />not in the best interest of the City to allow outdoor <br />vending in the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOL~IES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Not to amend the ordinance code to allow outdoor <br />vending as requested by Mr. Holland. <br />Section 2.
