PLANNING COMMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2167 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN <br />EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4850 FOR <br />NORTHWOOD HOMES. <br />WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has requested a one year extension of <br />Tentative Map Tract 4850, an eight lot subdivision <br />proposed for the east side of Muirwood Drive between <br />Lemonwood Way and Laurel Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD Medium Density Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, uncertain economic conditions are forcing the home builder <br />to seek postponement of filing a final subdivision map; and <br />WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has requested that they be granted a one <br />year extension on filing the final map for Tract 4850, <br />- an eight lot subdivision proposed for the east side of <br />Muirwood Drive between Lemonwood Way and Laurel Court; and <br />WHEREAS, extensions of this type require a recommendation from the <br />Planning Commission to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />originally approved Planned Unit Development for the <br />subject property; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposal has not changed since its original approval; and <br />WHEREAS, this tentative map is in conformance to the approved planned <br />unit development zoning and development plan for the <br />property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of a one year extension expiring <br />May 19, 1983 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 4850 on file with the City. <br />2. That the developer dedicate to the City for <br />street right-of-w~~y purposes those parcels of <br />land intended to be public streets. <br />
