PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2169 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING DESIGN PLANS FOR HOWARD WASSERTEIL ET AL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-5 WHEREAS, Howard Wasserteil and Henry Cupples have applied for development plan approval of an approximately 14,000 sq. ft. building addition and related facilities at the Schoeber's Raquetball and Health Club located at 5341 Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, a modification to case PUD-79-12 was approved to allow design plans to come before the Design Review Board and not have to go first to Planning Commission for a recommendation to City Council for the property described in case PUD-82-5; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 31, 1982 and continued to April 28, 1982 to evaluate parking in the area of Schoeber's Raquetball Club on Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, at their continued public hearing of April 28, 1982 the Planning Commission received public testimony and all pertinent exhibits relating to case PUD-82-5; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the development plan approval submitted is in accordance with the approved Planned Unit Development zoning of the property and is consistent with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COb'IMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case PUD-82-5, application for development plan approval of an approximately 14,000 sq. ft. building addition and related facilities at the Schoeber's Raquetball and Health Club located at 5341 Hopyard Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
