Significant Effect: Project development will increase demands <br />on Police and Fire Department services. <br />Finding: Provisions for increased personnel, facilities, and <br />equipment will mitigate the increased demand on existing service <br />levels. <br />Facts: Service and fiscal assessment studies have determined <br />specific needs and that increased revenues from development <br />will exceed expenditures required to increase'service levels. <br />16. Significant Effect: Site development will result in potential <br />disturbance of archaeological sites. <br />Finding: Opportunities afforded qualified archaeologists <br />and other organizations for recovery and evaluation of <br />artifacts and other resources will mitigate the impacts of <br />site development. <br />Facts: The developers will be required to permit site <br />evaluations and recovery of artifacts prior to and during <br />-- construction, in addition to avoiding disturbance of soils <br />of historical areas to the maximum extent possible. <br />- .._r_ <br />
