Significant Effect: Alteration and/or loss of riparian habitat <br />and aquatic species along the Alameda Creek system including <br />Tassajara Creek. <br />Finding: Alteration of the creek. system will be accompanied <br />by revegetation and other measures designed to minimize <br />impact. <br />Fact: Numerous agencies (.local, regional, and state) shall <br />oversee stream alteration and management, as well as the <br />on-site activities affecting the stream environment. <br />7.
