PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANT ON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2177 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-82-9, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone the lots on the east side of Main Street between Abbie Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks from the "O/C-O" (Office-Civic Overlay) District to the "C-C/C-0" (Central Commercial-Civic Overlay) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 26, 1982 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration as prepared by the City Staff; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 26, 1982 all public testimony and pertinent documents were considered by the Planning Commission as well as the recommendations of the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the "C-C/C-O" District is in accord with the land use element of the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends the above described property be rezoned from the "0/C-O" (.Office-Civic Overlay) District to the "C-C/C-O" (Central Commercial-Civic Overlay) District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
