PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2183 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-12, FILED BY <br />REYNOLDS AND BROWN <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for a modification to <br />PUD-82-O1 and PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park"" involving <br />an alteration to primary access and circulation pattern <br />of an approximately 56 acre "business park" located near <br />the southwest quadrant of the intersection of I-580 and <br />Hopyard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of June 24, 1982 the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for case PUD- <br />82-12; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 15, 1982 and received a <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 24, 1982 <br />and the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed alteration to <br />primary access and circulation pattern; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impacts upon <br />the environment by approving application (PUD-82-12) <br />and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study and the testimony documentary evidence <br />presented at the public hearing that there will be no <br />significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result <br />_ of the modification to cases PUD-82-O1 and PUD-80-14 as <br />proposed. <br />
