PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUSdTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2184 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-82-12 AS FILED BY REYNOLDS AND BROWN <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for a modification to <br />case PUD-82-O1 and PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park" <br />involving an alteration to the primary access and <br />circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre "business <br />park" located near the southwest quadrant of the <br />intersection of I-580 and Hopyard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Industrial/Commercial & Offices District; and <br />LdfIEREAS, on March 31, 1982 the City Planning Commission recommended approval <br />PUD-82-1, the application for development plan approval of <br />the second phase of the development of approximately 56 <br />acre business park proposed southwest of Hopyard Road and <br />I-580; and <br />_ WHEREAS, it was approved by City Council but subjected to several <br />modifications, the most important of which has to do wit;. <br />the design of the street system which serves the property; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the City <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for the planned-unit developments; and <br />VIHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that this proposal is in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-12 which <br />modifies cases PUD-82-O1 and PUD-80-14 with regard to the <br />primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately <br />56 acre "business park" located near the southwest quadrant <br />of the intersection of I-580 and Hopyard Road subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning Commission <br />dated June 24, 1982, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 24th day of June 1982 by the following <br />vote: <br />
