PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUSdTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2184 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-12 AS FILED BY REYNOLDS AND BROWN WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for a modification to case PUD-82-O1 and PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park" involving an alteration to the primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre "business park" located near the southwest quadrant of the intersection of I-580 and Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Industrial/Commercial & Offices District; and LdfIEREAS, on March 31, 1982 the City Planning Commission recommended approval PUD-82-1, the application for development plan approval of the second phase of the development of approximately 56 acre business park proposed southwest of Hopyard Road and I-580; and _ WHEREAS, it was approved by City Council but subjected to several modifications, the most important of which has to do wit;. the design of the street system which serves the property; and WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the City Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the planned-unit developments; and VIHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that this proposal is in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-12 which modifies cases PUD-82-O1 and PUD-80-14 with regard to the primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre "business park" located near the southwest quadrant of the intersection of I-580 and Hopyard Road subject to the conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning Commission dated June 24, 1982, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
