PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2190 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR DAN GAMACHE FOR TRACT 5037 <br />WHEREAS, Dan Gamache has applied for subdivision of approval of <br />approximately 9.3 acres into 13 parcels with an an <br />average size of 28,350 sq. ft., located on the east <br />side of Amber Lane approximately 415 feet south of <br />Mockingbird Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-20,000 (Single-family Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of June 24, 1982 the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Tract 5037; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 22, 1982 and received a <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 24, 1982 and <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed tentative tract <br />map; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impacts upon the <br />environment by approving Tract 5037 and recommended <br />adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study and the testimony, documentary <br />evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be <br />no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a <br />result of approval of Tract 5037. <br />
