PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />_ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2194 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 4890 FOR MORRISON HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a 75-lot single-family <br />residential subdivision to be located on the north <br />side of Valley Avenue, between Kolln Street and the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad tracks; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 24, 1982 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony <br />and exhibits concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this proposal is <br />in conformance with. the General Plan and zoning district <br />which. regulates it. <br />NOS9, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />.- Section 1. Approves Tract 4890, application of Morrison Homes <br />for a 75-lot single-family residential subdivision to be <br />located on the north side of Valley Avenue, between Kolln <br />Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
