-- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2197 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF MEYER PROPERTIES, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />FOR THE NORTHWESTERN PORTION OF THEIR 82 ACRE SITE AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-15 <br />WHEREAS, Meyer Properties, Inc. applied for development plan <br />approval (Phase 2) for the northwestern portion of an <br />approximately 82 acre site including approximately <br />464,000 sq. ft. of office, research and development, <br />and light industrial uses located at the northwest <br />corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 28, 1982 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony <br />and related documents concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration was approved in con- <br />junction with the original PUD (PUD-80-16) on the <br />subject property and development of the phase two area <br />was discussed in that environmental document; and <br />WHEREAS, PUD-82-15 is in substantial conformance with the material <br />presented in the mitigated negative declaration; and <br />WHEREAS, the development plan for Area 2 of the Meyer Business <br />Park is in conformance with the originally conceived <br />plan for the total Meyer Property and land uses remain <br />essentially as proposed and intensity of use remains <br />unchanged. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of case PUD-82-15, application of <br />Meyer Properties, Inc. for development plan approval <br />for the northwestern portion of their 82 acre site <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />- Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />/// <br />
