PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />FORPAECONDIOTIONALEUSENPERMITOASLFIOLEDJUNDER CASER <br />UP-80-17 INDEFINITELY <br />WHEREAS, Jeanne Baker was granted a conditional use permit to <br />maintain six adult rabbits subject to several conditions <br />including a six month review by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 20, 1981 the Planning Commission reviewed the.. <br />conditions of the use permit granted on August 13, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, a field check was, made and indicated that the rabbits are <br />being reasonably well kept and no violations of the condi- <br />tions of approval were apparent. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton extends <br />Conditional Use Permit 80-17 for an indefinite period of <br />time but subject to all of the conditions set forth in <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 1895. <br />Section 2.
