Tentative Idap, Tract 4850 <br />Page 3 <br />5/20/81 <br />17. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br />strated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system is adequate, connects to an approved point <br />of discharge, and meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />18. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to <br />each lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />19. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br />strated to the. satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br />the system is adequate, connects to an approved point of <br />discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements of <br />the Alameda Flood Control District, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Federal Emergency <br />Management Flood Hazard Program, and meets the imme- <br />diate and long range requirements of this development <br />and all upstream areas intended to be drained through <br />this tract. <br />*20. That the developer be advised that the "ditch to daylight," <br />end of street, temporary drainage shown on the tentative <br />map is not acceptable. A temporary storm drain inlet at the <br />end of each stub street connected by a temporary-storm <br />drain which discharges into the existing channel, all <br />within an acceptable storm drainage easement, should be <br />constructed. or as otherwise approved by the City Engineer.' <br />21. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br />communication service, and any required alarm systems be <br />installed underground in a joint utility trench unless <br />otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer. <br />22. That the developer be responsible for the installation of <br />the street lighting system within the development. The <br />street lights shall be 70 watt, high pressure sodium vapor <br />units mounted on galvanized steel poles with poured in <br />place bases, on the LS-1C schedule per City requirements <br />and P.G.&E. standard details unless otherwise specifically <br />approved. Approval for the number, location, and type <br />of electroliers shall be withheld pending final design and <br />review by the City Engineer. <br />*last sentence was amended at the Planning Commission meeting 5/20/81 <br />
