PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP <br />FOR NORTHWOOD HOMES AS FILED UNDER MAP NO. 4850 <br />WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied for tentative tract approval <br />to subdivide an approximately 1.78 acre site into eight <br />single-family residential parcels located on Muirwood <br />Drive, immediately north of its intersection with <br />Lemonwood Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 20, 1981, at which time <br />all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds Tentative Map for Tract <br />4850 is in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />approves Tentative Map for Tract 4850 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Map, Tract 4850 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated May 20, 1981, attached hereto and <br />made a part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 20th day of May 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Getty, Lindsey, and Chairperson Wilson <br />Doherty and Jamieson <br />~/~ <br />
