PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR <br />MIKE HARRIS AS FILED UNDER MAP NO. 4807 <br />WHEREAS, Mike Harris has applied for tentative tract approval for <br />the residential subdivision of a 16-unit condominium <br />complex proposed for the one acre site which is located <br />on the east side of Santa Rita Road immediately north of <br />Fire Station No. 3; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development-High <br />Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 20, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds Tentative Map for Tract <br />4807 is in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of ,the City of Pleasanton <br />approves the Tentative Map for Tract 4807 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the Tentative Map, Tract 4807 on file with <br />the City. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated May 20, 1981, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 20th day of May 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners <br />_ ABSTAIN: None <br />Getty, Lindsey, and Chairperson Wilson <br />Doherty and Jamieson <br />~~~ <br />
