NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: \JI <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that the project requested in Tract 4863 <br />would not have any significant effects on the environment <br />Reportusincehanyrsignificantfadverseleffectsaaremcapable <br />of being mitigated. <br />Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain aspects <br />of the project as having potential significant adverse <br />environmental effects, said effects can be rendered <br />insignificant by the inclusion of Conditions No. 1 and 2 <br />of Resolution No. 2005 adopted May 20, 1981. <br />Section 3.
