lg, That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and City <br />connection fees and the meter cost prior to Council <br />approval of the development for any water meters (irri- <br />gation meters) not directly related to a building permit. <br />19. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />20. That approval for the number, type, and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pending final design, review by the <br />Fire Marshal, and final review by the City Engineer. <br />21. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br />strated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system is adequate, connects to an approved point <br />of discharge, and meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. The approved point of discharge shall be <br />the inlet manholes for the Amberwood siphon unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />22. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to <br />each lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />23. That if a sanitary sewer lift station is installed for <br />use by the development and if it is reementdshallhbeCcom- <br />for maintenance and operation, an ag rior to the <br />pleted between the City and the developer p <br />approval of the final map to the effect that the developer <br />will provide a maintenance and operation fund for a minimum. <br />ten year period. <br />24.
