PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2005 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4863 AS FILED BY RHEEM INVESTMENTS WHEREAS, Rheem Investments have applied for tentative tract approval of a 10-lot industrial subdivision of an approximately 11.1+ acre site located northeast of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks, between Santa Rita Road and Oakland Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 20, 1961 at which time all public testimony and documents were considered. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission is in conformance with the Pleasanton. finds Tentative Map for Tract 4863 General Plan of the City of Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves the Tentative Map for Tract 4863 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map, Tract 4863 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all of the conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated May 20, 1981, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. 3. The Planning Commission modified the subdivision ordinance as it relates to sidewalks and approves the sidewalks as proposed on Exhibit A on file with the Planning Division. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 20th day of May 1981 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Jamieson ABSTAIN: None
