PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />REZONING AS FILED BY BILLY R. NEWMAN UNDER <br />CASE RZ-81-8 <br />WHEREAS, Billy R. Newman has applied to rezone a 5.1± acre site <br />located at 5130 Foothill Road from "Agricultural" to <br />"R-1-40,000," (Single-Family Residential) District or <br />to any other zoning district consistent with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 10, 1981 at which time <br />all testimony and documents were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of case RZ-81-8 as petitioned <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this rezoning is only for the 3.36 acre parcel <br />_ and the approximately 1.8 acre parcel known as <br />5130 Foothill Road. <br />2. That a vehicular access plan be submitted to and <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to issuance <br />of any building permits on the subject property. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of June 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 10, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />N <br />I _ <br />Robert J.
