PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR <br />AMADOR VALLEY ATHLETIC CLUB AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-81-11 <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Athletic Club has applied for a conditional <br />use permit which would allow the construction and opera- <br />tion of a swimming pool as part of a recreational facility <br />located at 7090 Johnson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 10, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimony were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />approves a use permit for case UP-81-11 as petitioned <br />subject to the conditions shown as Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference because <br />the following findings are made: <br />Findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />use is in accord with the objectives of this <br />chapter and the purposes of the district in <br />which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />use and the conditions under which it would <br />be operated or maintained will not be detri- <br />mental to the public health, safety or welfare, <br />or be materially injurious to properties or <br />improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use permit will <br />comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of this chapter. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of June 1981 by the following vote: <br />/// <br />
