This agreement may be terminated by mutual <br /> agreement of both parties. If this agreement is terminated <br /> for any reason, the City shall, within ninety (90) days, <br /> convey all its right, title and interest in the Property to <br /> the District. The parties agree that possession and control <br /> of the Theater and ownership of any improvements, fixtures, <br /> etc. shall immediately revert to the District. <br /> <br /> 13. Cooperation Clause.
