PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING <br />THE APPLICATION OF FOOTHILL KNOLLS FOR DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-7 <br />WHEREAS, Foothill Knolls has applied for development plan approval <br />for an 85 lot low density residential planned unit <br />development proposed for the 43 acre site located on the <br />east side of Foothill Road approximately 830 feet south <br />of the City limit line; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-Low Density Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 15, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent exhibits and public testimony were con- <br />sidered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission expressed the feeling that the <br />density of the proposed development was too great. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />denies case PUD-81-7, Foothill Knolls application for <br />development plan approval for an 85 lot low density <br />residential planned unit development proposed for the <br />43 acre site located on the:'east side of Foothill Road <br />approximately 830 feet south of the City limit line. <br />Section 2.
