PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF CASE RZ-81-7 <br />FILED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, the City Council initiated an amendment to Article 23 <br />(Nonconforming uses), Chapter 2, Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton as it relates <br />to the elimination of nonconforming uses, structures <br />and signs; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 15, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimony were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends denial of case <br />RZ-81-7 as requested by the City Council. <br />Section 2.
