CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-54 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br /> RECREATIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services is <br /> the present repository for listing fees and charges <br /> for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 7, 1989, the Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services presented a report <br /> regarding proposed changes in the fee schedule for <br /> recreational services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the fees and charges schedules as set <br /> forth in the above staff report, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for <br /> services and facilities for up to 20% of the <br /> approved fees and charges without resubmitting the <br /> change to the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new programs and <br /> classes at a fee based on the cost of service or <br /> established guidelines, with the fees for such <br /> programs or classes to be approved by Council <br /> within a one year period from initiation of the <br /> class or program. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Supervisors or Director <br /> to continue to enter into contractual agreements <br /> for program services. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
