PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2025 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-4 AS FILED BY THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANS- PORTATION COMPANY. WHEREAS, Southern Pacific Transportation Company has applied for development plan approval of an approximately 80,000 sq. ft. commercial/office development to be located between First Street and the SPRR right-of-way from Angela Street to the extension of Bernal Avenue and between Neal Street, Angela Street and the SPRR right-of-way and a line approximately 250 ft. east of Main Street and rezoning of the site to PUD-Commercial/Offices; also to rezone the DeLucchi and Wayside Parks located on the west side of First Street between Angela Street and a point approximately 350 ft. north of Neal Street from the C-C (Central Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development- Park) District; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) and O (Office) District; and WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration was recommended for approval on July 15, 1981; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 15, 1981 at which time all public testimony and pertinent documents were con- sidered. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of case PUD-81-4 as filed by the Southern Pacific Transportation Company subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division except that building number 1 shall not be built until Phase II of the development takes place and the SPRR tracks have been removed. In the interim, the building number 1 site is to be used for parking. 2. That prior to issuance of any permits for construction, demolition or rehabilitation on the subject property, the property owner shall enter into a lease with the
