PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2027 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR D.B.I. ENERGY AND PLEASANTON GARBAGE SERVICE, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-12 WHEREAS, D.B.I. Energy and Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. have applied for a conditional use permit to allow the con- struction of a solid waste fired incinerator for energy cogeneration within a 2880 sq. ft. structure at the Pleasanton Garbage Service transfer station at 3110 Busch Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is I-G (General Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was reviewed and approved; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 15, 1981 at which time all pertinent documents and public testimony were considered. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to pro- perties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves case UP-81-12 the application of D.B.I. Energy and Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. subject to all of the conditions of the staff report to the Planning Commission dated July 15, 1981.
