PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2033 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-14. <br />WF3EREAS, Amador Valley Savings and Loan Association has applied for <br />a use permit to allow a savings and loan facility to be <br />located in a new two-story building at 235 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C/C-0 (Central Commercial, Civic <br />Overlay) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 15, 1981 at which time <br />all public testimony and pertinent documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-14 subject <br />to the two conditions shown on the staff report to the <br />Planning Commission dated July 15, 1981 because the <br />following findings were made: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the <br />site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 15th day of July 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />/// <br />
